A nice group of nurses all very helpful, thanks Matron Carol for the tobacco as I didn’t have any when I came in and she gave me some very kind of her
The ward is a really clean and calm place good food and always able to get a cup of tea would like a biscuit sometimes
Pillows are too thin and the checking at night is awful I don’t sleep well here
Would like to see the doctor more and my con in Banbury has never been to see me yet and they said they would
Paul is funny and matron always smiling and speaks to everyone

The good thing about this ward is that it is female only and the staff is great
I love the fact of having someone to talk to even if you don’t use it
Things that for me could improve will be probably set staff to encourage more people to express tehemselves different

It would be nice if the staff were to spend more time with us so we felt less abandoned and a burden.
Also could the staff answer the office door when we knock please
Seems to take a long time to do this which is unsettling. Thank you
